Slow internet -referred here from Malware Removal

Hi,
I've been getting help from an Analyst in the malware section for the last couple of days. We ran a bunch of programs, scans etc, but haven't had any improvements. No more malware seems to be around, but he suggested I post here after seeing the following in a Deckards System Scan: (see below) NOTE: SARAH-PC is the pc of a flatmate.
