to slipstream sp2 you need this version

once you have the the slipstreamed disk,you boot the computer from it and run a repair installation

i always burn the iso to disk then pop the disk in to check if it is ok and when it asks i point it to the disk for the slipstream

check highspeed or usb2 is enabled in the bios
if there is a infection on any drive in the computer it can cause the problem also
