are you using a usb phone or headset? or a router phone?
Skype Out
Sometimes I am unable to make calls with skype out. It freezes and then I get an error saying tha Skype has detected a problem and needs to close. This happens like 60% of the Skyp Out calls. I get the options. Sometimes I don`t even have the problem.

I am using a headset.
I get three options when in the message: debug, send the error report or not send it.
If I click to ckeck on the error report I get the following:
AppName: skype.exe AppVer: 3.8.0.139 ModName: skype.exe
ModVer: 3.8.0.139 Offset: 002e3890

tell a little about your computer, cpu and ram,
my only suggestion at this time is to uninstall skype and reinstall.
