I never got the word on the max size of an avatar, but mine seems about twice the size of everyone else's.

Its 100 pixels x 100 pixels @ 150ppi. I also did one at 100 pixels x 100 pixcels @ 75ppi but, it was a little smaller than a postage stamp.

I really don't want to be hogging resources so any guidance would be appreciated.

I thought Danrak had set the avatar size to 100x100 but it appears people can post larger than that so I think he increased the size.
