Not to sure if my title and what i need help with is right in this section but here goes.
For last two week i have been searching for software and server that can do the following: upload MP3 as voicemail greeting. That’s about it for now as I’m only just starting up my business and very short of cash.
The software i kept going back to is IVM Answering Attendant from NCH software. Now I am just a general computer user that uses the computer at home everyday to use facebook and download things. I'm normally very good with working software out by myself i.e. Photoshop outlook ect.
NCH Software seem to have everything that i need now and everything i would be looking to use in the future when i start earning money but it is very complicated and there is no telephone support. i have read and read over the stuff of how to setup IVM Answering Attendant but still can’t get it to work and there is no one to call.
what I’m looking for is ever a simple software that can link my sip to or direct help from someone who knows what they are talking about (which would be more ideal).
Any advice will be appreciated (in simple terms)
