I just installed Silent Hill 4 on my PC and everytime I start it up the screen flickers like crazy and I can't even look at the screen its that bad. I've checked my refresh rate its 60Hz and tried turning Vsync on and off for the game and nothing is working , Its just this game . I also tried a no CD crack and its the same .

Have you tried lowering the screen resolution in the game's graphics settings?

I just read on the Amd support pages of an issue with their driver that gives these symptoms, so if it is one of their cards using an older driver might help, they are working on a fix.
