Hi,

I was just wondering what people would suggest for this.

I have a Gigabyte Triton case, and Hiper Type-R 580W PSU.

Now with my machine I had bought A Western Digital 250G SataII drive.

I also had two IDE drives. Today to use up all of the 4 SATAII connectors on my motherboard I have ordered 3 Seagate Barricuda SATAII 320 Gig drives.

I have installed one in the second of the three Hard drive bays in my Triton case, which is right next to my WD drive (and literally right next to the system fan) and the other two Seagates are right next to each other in the 3.5 drive bays on the front of my case.

Now for some reason one drive is constantly running with no change at 42C. (Every boot, even from cold it stays this temp never to change even when using the drive)

The other 3 drives all run in a range of 34-39C.

So my question is, would you recommend I should RMA this drive while it is still only 1 day old or is this drive still ok to keep even though it is slightly hotter.

Thanks
Anthony
