Hi,

I wanted to know whether I should invest in a DVI cable. I currently have a W2052TQ LG monitor and a GTX260 with that. I'm using a VGA cable and using the DVI convertor adapter that came along with my GTX260. I wanted to know whether the DVI cable would make a significant difference in quality or if I shouldn't waste my money on it. If it makes a difference, is the following cable the correct cable?

It might make some difference, but it probably won't be noticeable unless you have a very large, high-resolution monitor.

There actually is no noticeable difference in quality between vga and dvi. Dvi is just a more reliable and modern signal type then vga.

I agree, I also have a GTX 260 I had my 40 inch 1080p tv hooked up to it with VGA for a few months then got a HDMI to DVI cable. I cant tell any difference in quality
