Sharp Decline in Speed/Usage

My computer's speed has dropped pretty drastically over the past month or two. Firefox has been shutting itself down almost regularly now and when I search from google on IE almost everytime I click on a link it redirects me to some other site. I've tried all my spyware numerous times, my Norton, CCleaner, etc. but nothing seems to help. Any help would be appreciated.

To do this :
Click Thread Tools, then click Subscribe to this Thread
Make sure it is set to Instant Notification by email, then click Subscribe

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure

I need you to download some programs to aide in our fix :Do Not Run Them Yet

Download FixWareout© by LonnyRJones and save it to your desktop

Double click on Fixwareout.exe
Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish
The fix will begin; follow the prompts
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

When your system reboots, follow the prompts
Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan, and check the following items:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcWzrd] ALCWZRD.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Alcmtr] ALCMTR.EXE

Hi LM, thanks for the welcome. Took me awhile to go through the process and I'm not sure I'm quite done yet. After I finally got the Fix software to work, I was prompted to copy the log it automatically made and post it. I'll post it now and then I'll try to do it as the directions say, checking those particular areas. Thanks for the quick response.

Your Welcome !

We need to disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
Open Windows Defender.
Click on Tools, General Settings
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender
After all of the fixes are complete, it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again

Open Windows Explorer, locate and Delete the following folders or files in BOLD : (if present)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\KDYUN.EXE

Empty your Recycle Bin

Go to Try F-Secure BlackLight
Choose I ACCEPT then click Download Blacklight Beta graphical user interface version to download Blacklight to your Desktop
Double-click blbeta.exe then accept the agreement
Click Scan then click Next
You'll see a list of all items found
Do Not choose the rename option yet!
There will also be a log on your desktop with the name fsbl.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.log (the xxxxxxxxxxxxxx stand for numbers).

Post a fresh HijackThis log and the contents of the fsbl.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.log here
Let me know how your system is running now !?!?

Thanks again. Was out for most of the day yesterday and am at work today, but am looking forward to doing this tonight. As it is already, my computer is definitely performing better (speed is getting better, not really crashing, and the screensaver is actually working for the first time in close to a year).

Ok, so I deleted that file and I've tried Blacklight twice now but I don't seem to be getting a log file on my desktop. I did notice a few Notepad doc titled hs_err_pid672 though. I am not sure if that is related or from other fiddling with the computer. This is the beginning of the document:

OK lets try this :

Locate the blbeta.exe on your desktop
Right click it and select rename
Rename it to find.exe
Double-click find.exe then accept the agreement
Click Scan then click Next
You'll see a list of all items found
Do Not choose the rename option yet!
There will also be a log on your desktop with the name fsbl.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.log (the xxxxxxxxxxxxxx stand for numbers).
Copy and Paste the contents of the fsbl.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.log here
