If you connect them to one of the systems, it should be pretty easy to share them. Some printers don't appear to be sharable, but I've usually been successful in installing the drivers like they're a local printer, then going to properties and setting the port to the network address of the shared printer. I'd recommend the parallel port connection, since USB printers tend to be a bit more touchy when you leave them running, at least my HP does.
