Hi all,

I posted a few day ago regarding a client with a networked printer, file cabinet cs and a local printer, HP Laserjet P3005. The networked printer is set as the default printer. After shutting down for the evening and opening the following morning the local printer has been reset to the default printer.
I sure could use and would appreciate some help on this one. The server is microsoft 2008 and computers are running Windows 7.

My guess is the printer is not being found when the computer initially boots up. Are you running a workgroup or a domain? If it's a workgroup, then the username is likely different on the local machine than the server and is changing the printer because it can't connect to the one on the server.
