what kind of issues do you have with what kind of program ?
You said individual dial up...meaning each pc has a DUN setup and thats how you get online ? and each pc has its own printer ?
And how's AOL treating you ? maybe if you let us know more about your network topology/setup/OS's , we can figure something out for you ....

Its seems like you have a decent setup for a basic network...aldough if you just have a hub, I would replace it with a switch...If you wanna know about the difference between two, go here You can also get a decent proxy or use MS ICS and route all the PC's to access internet through one machine....Im not too familiar with the software you're using but it seems like they're running around in circles...You can trough this site :
