I want to create system restore point on server 2008 r2 but there is no such option like windows 7. So please any one help me to create system restore point on server 2008 r2....

Windows Server 2008 R2 doesn't include a feature for System Restore.

What exactly are you trying to do?

I would suggest looking at Windows Server backup (built in) or using Previous versions for files.

If you read on through that article you'll see it is riddled with people having problems either finding the file and or installing it and it doesn't work.

Hacking the Server would void any warranty or support from Microsoft anyway

Stick with shadow copies and backups

Tnx for ur support and one more thing I want to ask you that when I am going to join a system(OS widows 8) with a domain it gives an error when sign in i.e. "Group policy client service failed the sign in.
Please provide any solution to over come with this problem.
