Server 2003 Has a virus!!! Please Help

Ok so I've got a dandy of virus/trojan on my computer running Server 2003. It wont even let me run malware bytes, hijack this, or combofix. When I click on the programs, the hour glass appears next to the arrow and then disappears, and nothing happens. Does anyone know what I need to do to get this resolved?
