Okay,I've been trying to reformat my PC, as I encountered many errors and viruses. As I entered the bootable cd, my PC can't detect the CD. As windows starts normally, the loading screen hanged. When I reset it, it still can't detect the bootable cd. The windows finally load and displayed a blue screen with "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME". I had this problem before and I can use the recovery console using my cd. However, this time I can't acess my cd. I borrow another CD and it also undetectable.

Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

My first suggestion is to go to your HDD website and get their HDD utility and zero write the harddrive.

Once that is accomplished go about things normally with the assurance nothing on your hdd is the problem.

Does it boot from a floppy?
