The send option is missing from the toolbar so I can't send mail.
Also when I open a piece of mail, there is no reply option. MS outlook 2003 sp2. Thanks!!

Hello eluxon, Welcome to TSF!

Please try this...

Open Outlook™ > View > Layout > Customize Toolbar.
Once in here, you can add/remove whatever 'buttons' you require.

Post back with the results.

Kind Regards,

Thanks Dave-this worked on my desktop but for some reason it isn't correcting on my laptop. Any other suggestions?? I just loaded office on the laptop after downgrading to Win XP and when I started to set up Outlook-the send menu wasn't there....EL

When you 'downgraded' the laptop to Windows® XP, did you install all the updates for both XP™ and Outlook™?

Try this and post back with the outcome.

Thanks again, Dave-I will try that. At the moment I don't have internet access to this machine-but I can get them from my desktop and transfer via external drive. Will let you know. I appreciate your help so much.

PS-The directions you posted for going to the manufacturer of the motherboard and NIC etc was over my head. Can you give me more detail of what to do, (the laptop is Toshiba-is this the manufacturer of the motherboard?) Toshiba has said they have no drivers...thanks again so much! Elizabeth
