More than adequate for normal computer use. As for gaming, it would depend upon the type of games that you play or want to play. Games list the specs needed, so if you can see if you have adequate hardware.

I would want an Asus or Gigabyte for better reliability.
The SeaSonic PSU you listed is top quality but we suggest no less than 550W PSU for any PCI-E GPU.
