i joined as a system admin in an IT company as a fresher.. iam interested in network security..so what should i know before entrying into this field..which site is useful to prepare...

If you are fresh starter, try look for basic Network certification CompTIA Network+ & Security+.

By the time you have more experience and knowledge, move towards Cisco certification.
