I have another possible solution for you and I know this will work with older version and maybe the newer versions I have not tested them. But on win nt 4.0 there is a program call poledit.exe This would allow you to edit certian policys for the user such as not allow certian users or groups to delete anything from the pc. ect.
**WARNING** It is very easy thoguht to lock the computer up so tight that you can not do anything and have to reformat the drive. So please use caution when using this.
