I was wondering if you could change the seconds between post from 60 to 30 seconds due tot he fact that I am a fast typer and I keep getting the message I have to wait before I can post.

I'll think about it. I've been able to keep a few spammers away with it at 60 seconds. It gets me sometimes too.
