Hi

This one has been driving me mad.

When I search a mailbox for a particular phrase, it brings up all e-mails in the mailbox, and then highlights the phrase in yellow where it appears.

This is next to useless, as I might be searching through 1000s of e-mails, and the phrase might appear in 4 or 5.

How can I tell it to only bring up the e-mails that actually contain the phrase??

(Ps. it's not the thing where you put speech marks around the phrase, that still does the same)

Since you posted in this forum, I'm assuming you're using Outlook. You can try 'Filters" but it's still a chore. Some businesses use a 3rd party filter. I'm not touting it, but there's a San Fran company Lookeen that has one (paid).

Successful, quick searches requires zeroing on the unique.
