Seagate FreeAgent Go Problem

I have been using a Seagate FeeAgent Go (1 TB) for 8 months with no problem. Suddenly I can't get to files and get the message that I need to format the disk before using.

How can I retrieve my information??

R-Studio download run demo scan drive see if data is there. Or try partition find and mount
