Just to add a bit to John Will's info / make sure when you buy the 80 to 68 pin SCA adapters you get adapters that are LVD capable / or your drives will run at 40/mbs (you can buy the 80 to 68 pin adapters cheap on ebay)
The U320 drives will do fine on the scsi chain with the U160 drives / however to get tru U320 perfromance they muct be run on a 64bit bus and with a 64 bit scsi controller
Your controller is a 32bit controller and your bus most likely is a 32bit PCI mobo with a 32bit OS like Win XP etc / therefore the best performance possible is U160 which is still faster than most all Sata drives !!
