------------------the scrolling function has become non-functional. Whenever I try to scroll downward by using the down arrow at the bottom right, the screen flickers and moves slightly downward and resets to the original position. Trying to scroll down by using the slider bar shows no response at all. This makes it extremely hard to get to posting on this forum, and only by playing around with the zoom and printing the image from the screen can I read the area that I need to fill in or check box. Any and all help would be appreciated.
