scrolling issue

i just recently downloaded IE 7.0. i like everything about it, except the fact that whenever i use my scroll wheel on my mouse, and scroll down just one time, it keeps scrolling down as if i'm still scrolling, but i stopped. it started after i downloaded IE 7.0. it never happened with my previous version of IE, or with any of my other programs on my computer. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
