Almost every time I scroll down a page using the pointer tap, tap method or a section at a time with the mouse the window I'm looking at either minimizes or disappears to the bottom of the screen and is shown only as a open file. Very frustrating to say the least. I've checked the mouse options in control panel but nothing seems to apply. Would greatly appreciate any help provided.
