I have a script error which prevents me printing emails. I have tried many approaches to correct this error but without success. I have no problem with web sites, just emails The error says line 295, char 1 Error %1 is not a valid win 32 application Code 0 URL NS://ieframe dll/preview js. I use Windows 7 64 bit and although I have Internet Expolrer 9 enabled I generally use the latest version of Firefox. Any suggestions most welcome.

Telling us what you actually use for your email service would be a good start
(ie POP3 locally installed client or web-based, and if web-based, which one)?

I am asked what email service I use. This appears to be MAPI.
