DellInspirion XP Professional SP2 build 2600
Inadvertently loaded & re-installed "Dell XP Media Center Version 2005"
Computer kinda works, but things messed up, most noticably fonts are way too big when I open any window from internet.
When it was reinstalling, it kept asking for SP2 disc to be inserted, which I thought I was using. Therefore it couldn't copy many files, such as:
html32.cn_, msconv97.dl_, icwconn1.ex_, hypertrm.dl_,mswrd6.wp_, inetwiz.ex_, etc.
Other Dell Reinstallation DVDs I have are:
Sonic RecordNow 7.1LE
Inspiron and Dell XPS Computer Software
PC99 V.90 Data/Fax/Voice Modem
Cyberlink PowerDVD
Tools System Software

Please don't yell at me, my husband already did.
Can you help fix???

If you used the wrong Dell installation disk then the only wy to do this correctly is to start over with the right disk. If you were trying to do a clean installation I would do a format first.
