Does Any One Seen this problem ? (look at the Picture)

My Computer is:

Motherboard asus a8n-e
CPU AMD 3000
Graphic Card: Nvidia 6600gt
Aver Media TV 007
Sil0680 HD Controller

New and fresh installation of the windows XP
All System is brand new. (Exept HD and Screen)

I replaced The old System becuase a similar problem.

I am going nuts ? (<---sorry for that)

help .

If the graphics card is not overclocked it's almost certainly a cheap power supply you have (?) that's causing the issues either by being not good enough, on it's way out, or one lines being overloaded (i.e two leads from the supply, try and balance the hdd and the graphcis card on seperate lines).

If it's not this then it's simply your graphics card that's shot.
