Is that the only page that doesn't load?
screen name error
On my home page, aol HP laptop, when I try to connect, it reads screen name error. The aol home page worked fine untill now. I did delete cookies. Could that be it?

No. MSN loads as well as Yahoo. The AOL-HP Laptop was what came with the computer.
Since you deleted cookies, it probably logged you out. So you probably have to log back in somehow.

What error message are you getting? Did you contact AOL? They may want you to do a repair or a reinstall.
