I have an ATI 7500. when my system starts (before XP) there are rows of characters in the background mixed with the powering up messages.
Its not the monitor. In fact, I just got a new one and the problem is still there.
Its like the video memory area used during startup is not cleared.
Anyone have an idea what this is and what to try to fix it.
