Hi I'm Angelina and I'm new to these forums but I guess I'll be using them quite frequently!

Anyways...I have 3 pcs...2 of which are Windows 98 and the other is Windows XP home edition. I don't seem to have any problems whatsoever with the latter.

On weekends the only pc that I have internet access on is the Windows 98 and I'm having problems with the screen resolution.

It seems to be stuck on the settings; 640 x 800 pixels - 16 colours. Whenever I change these and follow prompts to restart the computer, they just revert back to the 640 x 800 - 16 colour settings. I'm at the end of my tether with this. I have tried everything I imagine possible.

I would be grateful if any of you could sort me out.

How would I do that...

if you have onboard install from the m/b setup disk
if it is a pci card d/l them from the manufacturers site,the method of install depends if they are nvidia or ati

i'm having the same problem. am anxiously waiting to hear how you made out. i'm hoping your silence means you had success. or at least that you had a really good weekend!
