I sent a post that has been black-listed because it has to do with the password to get into win 10 into my administrators account. Bottom line, you can't help. Can anyone somewhere help or did I just brick my computer. Abusknott

I have followed several instructions to fix my pin number. Guess why I am posting here. Exactly. My streaming videos were lagging and choppy. I was trying to fix this where I had to reboot. I got to the log-in screen and it asked for the pin number. I enter it and it says the pin number is lost...

If there is another login account on the computer, try that. If not,
If this is a Microsoft Account (ie) the User name is an Email address, on another internet device (ie) Smart Phone, Tablet, other computer, try logging into Sign in to your account with your Email address and the last known password, if that fails, choose Forgot Password, and Microsoft will ask you the recovery questions or text you a code to your phone.
Make sure the troubled computer is Online, either Wireless or with Ethernet Cable.
