Hi,
I tried to fix a tech problem for my parents but seem to have made the issue worse. :banghead: They have a Canon MP210 all-in-one, and my father wanted to scan a graphic file. Any time I pressed the Scan button, a program called Muvee Autoproducer came up, and there was no option to scan the file. The program kept prompting me to connect a camera to the computer.
I reinstalled the print driver, uninstalled Muvee, and went to Control Panel->Hardware->Scanners and Cameras. When I selected the scanner and went to the control panel, I got the message "No applications are registered for this event."
How do I fix the problem?
