Scandisk all in one memory card reader
Hi!
I bought a memory card reader (Scandisk's ImageMate All-in-one USB 2.0 Reader\Writer). I am trying to upload my pictures onto my laptop but when I insert the memory car (Memory Stick Pro Duo) a message comes on that says "no new pictures or videos found on this device" yet the card reader works perfectly fine on other computers. and the memory card clearly has all the pictures on when inserted back into the camera....I have an Acer laptop with windows Vista I am pretty computer illiterate so I have no Idea what I am doing wrong. please help!
