I want to scan a text document and send it to a website forum - how do I do this? I have tried to copy and paste but with no success.

If the text document is on your PC most web forums have a method for attaching the file.
Alternately I don't see why copy and paste would have failed. What happened when you tried to copy/paste the file?

If you scan the document, it's probably in a graphics or PDF form, you simply upload that file.
