Says "Not Connected" when I am...plus doesn't stay "connected" for long
I recently developed this issue--my wireless router is within range, but my computer doesn't say that I'm connected, it says "wireless connection unavailable"...when in fact I am connected...though it's only brief...at most ten minutes, at which point it severs the connection. PLEASE HELP!
First I ran devmgmt.msc
1. network adapters listed:
-1394 Net adapter #3
-802.11g MiniPCI Wireless Network Adapter
-MAC Bridge Miniport
-SiS 900-Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter
2. all of them have red x’s except for the 802.11g
3. no devices have yellow ! or ? displayed
Then I ran CMD
