I got problem.
I have a 500GB Sata HDD, which isnt working. It doenst shows up in Windows XP disk manager, but it shows up at bios...

With windows7 installation it shows the hdd, but it cannot install on it (says something about that it doesnt support booting), as well as trying format it true windows7 installation gives an error (dont remember what code was it).

Aswell, it can boot (had windows7 there, and it booted).

There are no such a function in my bios to allow/disallow drives be bootable.

I have Asus M2N-MX SE

I tryed install new bios (mybe bios fcked up) but it didnt help.

Oh, I dont remember what programm I used, but it was one of partition making programms, it made an error "HDD1 I/O error" (HDD1=500GB Sata HDD)
