I'm trying this for the first time, I need the sata drivers so I can put XP on my maxtor 200gig sata. I have 3 sets of directions for the installation but I need to know the specific drivers? MSI K8T Neo-FSR/ FIS2R

The drivers should be available on the MSI website.

There are 2 listed for sata;
VIA VT8237(R) SATA RAID Driver (For floppy driver)
or
Promise 20378 S-ATA RAID/Ultra Drivers
Should I download every driver that has anything to do with sata?

Depends on why exactly you need the drivers. The floppy version would be needed if the Windows installation cannot find the HDD (because Windows needs drivers to access hardware). The other drivers would be what is installed after Windows loads (assuming Windows doesn't automatically install drivers).
