i have samsung sens 820. when i try to install winxp, my laptop can not shutdown normally. my keyboard can not work perfectly. any body can help me for solve my problem?

samsung sens 820 with winxp

i have samsung sens 820. when i try to install winxp, my laptop can not shutdown normally. my keyboard can not work perfectly. i don't have driver for my laptop. the cd drivers was lost. any body can help me for solve my problem?

I could not find any laptop with that model # on the Samsung site or Google. Are you sure about the model #?

samsung was forgot that they made sens 820 ?

my laptop can not shutdown normally.
i looking for drivers / bios update on internet (google) but i did not find anything,
may be the factroy was forgot about their product. so they don't load anything about this laptop on the internet.

i think the factory was forgot that they made this model, so they did not load anything on the internet. i try for browsing at other search engine, but i still can not find anything.

there's any site that contain about sens 820, but it's korean font (korean language), so i can't understand.

my trouble is my laptops can not shutdown (power off)
i read on some article that my acpi not support on winxp
and i have to update my bios,
so
any body can halp me for solve my problem
