What's the make and model of the transmitter? (the box that sends the info to the monitor) Unless it's self comtained the video card should be in the transmitter box.

I wanted to know if there is available a video card replacement for a Samsung Model SSC21WEB monitor and from where???

The transmitter is the cameras and I've tried all four of them. Samsung said it is probably the video card in my monitor. Does this sound right?? All i get on the monitor is 7 vertical color stripes. I cannot access the menu option. Thanks for your reply//// BobbyG
Sounds like he's got one of those security camera tv's that display several inputs at once. Unfortunately these tv's are proprietary , they are similar to a computer and basically are but repairing them is going to be tough as they are not built with standard parts.
