History,
Got given a samsung laser ML2240 printer, working fine but low on toner.
Bought toner and refilled then get massage `paper jam` could nt see anything and thought possible overfilled the toner so my fault (new to laser printers) . I bought another toner cart thinking that would solve the problem..nope still getting the `paper jam` message. I have checked and double checked, there is no paper jam.
The obvious thing to me is I took out the cart and put it back in and since then `paper jam` It would appear I may have done something when taking the cartout and back in again, but what I dont know.
I have tried shaking it upside down in case there is some foreign object and currently trying to work our how to get the casings off for better access.
Any ideas anyone, about what could be wrong.
