Samsung laptop r519 restore help

Hi I have a Samsung laptop R519 and now I cannot get it to start up. It was running on windows 7. Unfortunately I forgot to make the recovery discs so I would like to know is there anyway of buying these disks at all so I can fix the laptop by myself rather then take it to a shop

Hello,

What happens when trying to boot Windows? Do you receive an error message? Was there any prior changes before the problem started?

Can you access Safe Mode? Restart the PC and press F8 at the Samsung logo

It is also possible that you can access the Recovery Partition in order to perform the Recovery.

Restart the laptop and repeatedly press F4 at the Samsung logo.

How do I restore the operating system on my notebook without the system recovery CD? | SAMSUNG
