Hi All,
I could do with some pointers if anyone can help. I have the UK version of the S7 edge. love the phone. However I want to use it for a task that occupies the USB port and my issues are as follows:

1. Charging the device whilst this port is in use
2. Grabbing the data off the phone whilst this port is in use.

so basically I need to have two usb ports on the device, one to charge and transfer data as per normal and the other for my usb device.

Has anyone come across this situation before?

Charging the phone may be a hit or miss. I believe you can only have one cable in at a time for charging.
