There's several Javascript Repair tools which seem to be available for download, though none are listed on CNET, which I know is safe.

Are any of those tools safe to download?

Because there's no Javascript PLUGIN on my system, so I assume the script got corrupted. Any time a site requires Javascript to work, it doesn't work for me, instead "nothing" happens (neither in FireFox nor IE). I was hoping one of those repair tools might help.

At least one of those tools is advertised via the Google Ad Bar - does that mean it's safe?

Update:
I downloaded the link you gave, and it now states:
"Your Java is working"
...but the problem is, JavaScript is still not working for me.
I.E. I entered a product review, clicked PREVIEW (powered by PowerReviews), and absolutely no preview displayed.
No action happened.

What version of Firefox are you using? Do you have any plugins, like NoScript?

JavaScript should be built into the browser. Check in Preferences->Content to be sure JavaScript is enabled. There should be a checkbox with "Enable JavaScript" next to it. On Linux (and IIRC Mac OS X), the Preferences dialog should be under the Edit menu, but I think on Windows this is somewhere else.

FF Version 10.0.2

Yes Javascript had been checkmarked. In other words:
Tools>options>content>YES-JavaScript IS enabled

I only have plugins such as:
Adobe, Coupon Printer, Quicktime

I do not see a plugin called NoScript via FF browser.

P.S. at this point, I don't think I need Java. Is there a way to remove the app. which Corday suggested i download? Since i don't want extra clutter.
