I'm trying to follow the instructions in one of the threads that someone has already posted in the anti-virus section but am having trouble with Safe Mode.
When I restart in Safe Mode my mouse and keyboard are disabled. I'm pretty much as thick as when it comes to computers, so can someone (gently) tell me how I should have both of those set up so I can work in Safe Mode? Please? :smile:
