I installed Windows 10. Now every time I boot up, I get this error message.

I Googled your error and found that it is related to the ATI Catalyst control center which is for your graphics card (the links I am providing you are current to April 2022 so this is a known issue for Win10)

If it's a laptop, change your battery setting to Maximum Performance. This would correct what is a GUI related problem.
