Hi All--
I have downloaded Netscape, I believe it to be 7.2. I have Windows XP and Cox High Speed Internet.
After downloading the Netscape browser and attempting to load it, I get a runtime error which says, "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."
I called Cox and they stated that it is a netscape problem.
Anyone have any thoughts on what the solution may be?

Hi - It's me again--
I just discovered that I had downloaded 8.1 instead of 7.2. I uninstalled the 8.1 and downloaded 7.2 and it works fine. I would assume that the runtime error is something inherent in the 8.1.
