3 days ago I turned my computer on and it went to the Start up Repair menu after working perfectly the night before. I let it run for 12 hours and it just hung on Searching for problems. I tried restoring my computer to an earlier date, using a repair disc and eventually formatted the HD and reinstalled Windows 7. It took 4 - 5 tries just to get Windows 7 to install. I finally got it working by installing it on a SSD instead of my HDD. The problem is now when I run my computer it boots up slower than ever and once I get it running any programs I run randomly go not responding and Windows 7 does the same from time to time. I usually end up having to restart my computer every 30 min. It is a custom built computer and it has been running perfectly for over a year. Now suddenly it is next to useless. All my drivers are updated, I've tried removing RAM and making sure all the fans are working. I am completely lost.

In the attachment is my computer specs

Your HDD was probably failing and that's why the install did not go well on that. As for the SSD drive, it looks like the install didn't go well on there as you are missing some files. Did you format the SSD before installing?
Download the ISO image for DBAN and burn the image to CD using IMGBurn in my signature. Boot off of the newly created CD and Wipe the SSD drive do a low level format. When that is done then install Windows 7 and all should be good.
