i have winxp licence version.when i trun off my pc i have a problem error is rundll32.exe ENDNOW PLEASE HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM....

First try using System Restore - choose a date earlier than when the problem first started:
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
